At Luscious Leopard, we are a service-based organization, and all payments are made strictly in accordance with the scope of work mutually agreed upon and outlined in the respective invoice. Each project requires dedicated time, expertise, and resources from our team therefore, once a payment has been made, it is deemed final and non-refundable.
Should a client choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, no refund shall be issued under any circumstances. This policy upholds fairness and transparency, as our team begins executing deliverables immediately upon project confirmation.
In exceptional cases where both parties mutually agree to discontinue a project before the initiation of work, a partial refund or credit may be considered, subject to the sole discretion of our management.
